Acceptance of Terms
By using the Carelynk mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
User Accounts
Access to the App is by invitation only. User credentials (username and password) are provided by Carelynk after onboarding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
Use of the App
The App is intended for facility admin and staff admin users to manage schedules, jobs, messaging, and other related activities as described in the Carelynk documentation.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Data Storage and Security
The App stores basic personal information: name, email address, and phone number.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” Carelynk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
Modifications
Carelynk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
